Here we go with a fabulous array of evening events to give your winter just a little warmth!

Open microphones are happening at The Mad Cafe in Collingwood, The Dangerous Kitchen in Takaka and The Mussel Inn in Onekaka. Can’t say there’s not a venue close enough to your place. A little further coming from Nelson of course!

Brian ‘The Sheriff” Gilbert  (pictured below by Tremain) is the featured guest at Acid on the Microphone on the last Thursday of the month – that’d be worth coming catching too!

Then there’s Craig Denham’s sing-a-long at the Mussel Inn every Monday plus photographer Di Mackey has an exhibition opening at the Dangerous Kitchen this Saturday 3 June.
